1. Champ d’application
Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente s’appliquent à toute commande passée auprès d’ALPHA-LEONIS via son site internet officiel.
En validant sa commande, le client reconnaît avoir pris connaissance des présentes Conditions Générales de Vente et les accepter sans réserve.
2. Produits
Les montres ALPHA-LEONIS sont fabriquées avec une attention particulière portée à la qualité, au design et aux finitions.
Les photographies, vidéos et représentations des produits sont présentées à titre illustratif. De légères différences de couleur, de texture ou de finition peuvent apparaître selon les écrans ou les caractéristiques naturelles des matériaux utilisés.
ALPHA-LEONIS se réserve le droit d’apporter des améliorations techniques à ses produits sans préavis, dès lors qu’elles n’altèrent pas les caractéristiques essentielles du produit commandé.
3. Prix
Les prix sont affichés dans la devise sélectionnée par le client.
La TVA est appliquée conformément à la législation en vigueur.
Les éventuels frais de livraison, droits de douane, taxes d’importation ou autres frais applicables sont indiqués avant la validation finale de la commande lorsqu’ils peuvent être déterminés à l’avance.
4. Commande
La commande devient définitive dès validation du paiement.
ALPHA-LEONIS se réserve le droit de refuser ou d’annuler toute commande en cas de fraude présumée, d’informations incorrectes, de défaut de paiement ou de tout autre motif légitime.
5. Paiement
Le paiement est exigible au moment de la commande.
Les moyens de paiement disponibles sont ceux affichés sur le site au moment de l’achat. Les transactions sont traitées par des prestataires de paiement sécurisés.
6. Livraison
Les commandes sont expédiées à l’adresse indiquée par le client lors de la validation de la commande.
Les délais de livraison sont donnés à titre indicatif et peuvent varier selon le pays de destination, les formalités douanières, le transporteur ou les périodes de forte activité.
Le client est invité à contrôler l’état du colis dès sa réception. Toute anomalie ou tout dommage apparent devra être signalé dans les meilleurs délais.
7. Droit de rétractation
Lorsque la législation applicable le prévoit, le client dispose d’un droit de rétractation dans le délai légal en vigueur.
La montre retournée devra être :
- non portée ;
- dans son état d’origine ;
- complète avec tous ses accessoires ;
- retournée avec son coffret d’origine ;
- accompagnée de la facture ou de la preuve d’achat.
Tout produit présentant des traces d’utilisation pourra faire l’objet d’un refus de remboursement ou d’une décote conformément à la législation applicable.
8. Garantie constructeur
La garantie couvre exclusivement les défauts de fabrication ainsi que les défauts de matériaux apparaissant dans le cadre d’une utilisation normale de la montre.
Lorsqu’un défaut est reconnu au titre de la garantie, ALPHA-LEONIS pourra, à sa seule appréciation :
- réparer gratuitement la montre ;
- remplacer le composant défectueux ;
- remplacer intégralement la montre lorsque la réparation n’est pas raisonnablement envisageable.
9. Exclusions de garantie
La garantie ne couvre notamment pas :
- les chocs, impacts et chutes ;
- la casse ou les rayures du verre ;
- les rayures et dommages esthétiques ;
- l’usure normale ;
- les dommages résultant d’une mauvaise utilisation ;
- les dégâts dus à l’eau lorsque les limites d’étanchéité ne sont pas respectées ;
- les dommages causés par les champs magnétiques ;
- toute ouverture, modification ou réparation effectuée par un atelier non agréé.
Les bracelets en cuir constituent des éléments d’usure. Leur vieillissement naturel, leur décoloration ou leur détérioration liée à une utilisation normale ne sont pas couverts par la garantie.
10. Étanchéité
Le niveau d’étanchéité de chaque montre est indiqué dans ses caractéristiques techniques.
L’étanchéité n’est pas une caractéristique permanente. Les joints peuvent perdre progressivement leur efficacité en raison du vieillissement naturel, des variations de température, des chocs ou d’une utilisation intensive.
Les dommages causés par une immersion ou une utilisation dépassant le niveau d’étanchéité spécifié ne sont pas couverts par la garantie.
11. Précision du mouvement
Une montre mécanique est un instrument de précision susceptible de présenter une variation quotidienne de marche.
La précision peut notamment être influencée par :
- le niveau de remontage ;
- les habitudes de port ;
- la position de repos de la montre ;
- la température ;
- les champs magnétiques ;
- l’activité physique.
Une variation de marche restant dans les tolérances techniques du mouvement ne constitue pas un défaut de fabrication.
12. Service après-vente
Toute demande de garantie doit être accompagnée :
- d’une preuve d’achat ;
- du numéro de série de la montre ;
- d’une description détaillée du problème rencontré.
Le client devra contacter le service après-vente ALPHA-LEONIS avant tout retour.
Lorsque le défaut est couvert par la garantie, la réparation est effectuée gratuitement.
Si le problème ne relève pas de la garantie, un devis pourra être communiqué avant toute intervention.
Les frais d’expédition vers le service après-vente restent à la charge du client, sauf disposition contraire ou accord préalable d’ALPHA-LEONIS.
13. Limitation de responsabilité
Dans les limites autorisées par la législation applicable, ALPHA-LEONIS ne pourra être tenue responsable des dommages indirects, pertes financières, pertes de bénéfices, pertes d’exploitation ou tout autre dommage consécutif résultant de l’utilisation ou de l’impossibilité d’utiliser le produit.
La responsabilité d’ALPHA-LEONIS est en tout état de cause limitée au montant effectivement payé par le client pour le produit concerné, sauf disposition légale impérative contraire.
14. Propriété intellectuelle
La marque ALPHA-LEONIS, son logo, ses créations, ses photographies, ses textes ainsi que l’ensemble des contenus du site sont protégés par les lois relatives à la propriété intellectuelle.
Toute reproduction, diffusion, représentation, modification ou utilisation commerciale, totale ou partielle, est strictement interdite sans l’autorisation écrite préalable d’ALPHA-LEONIS.
15. Protection des données personnelles
Les données personnelles collectées sont utilisées exclusivement dans le cadre :
- du traitement des commandes ;
- de la relation client ;
- du service après-vente ;
- des obligations légales applicables.
Elles sont traitées conformément à la législation suisse applicable ainsi qu’aux réglementations en vigueur en matière de protection des données.
ALPHA-LEONIS s’engage à ne jamais vendre les données personnelles de ses clients à des tiers.
16. Droit applicable
Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente sont régies par le droit suisse.
Tout litige relatif à leur interprétation, leur validité ou leur exécution relève de la compétence des tribunaux du siège d’ALPHA-LEONIS, sous réserve des dispositions impératives de protection des consommateurs applicables dans le pays de résidence du client.
TERMS & CONDITIONS · INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed with ALPHA-LEONIS through its official website.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
2. Products
ALPHA-LEONIS watches are manufactured with particular attention to quality, design and finishing.
Photographs, videos and product representations are provided for illustrative purposes. Slight differences in colour, texture or finish may occur depending on display settings or the natural characteristics of the materials used.
ALPHA-LEONIS reserves the right to make technical improvements to its products without prior notice, provided that such improvements do not materially alter the essential characteristics of the product ordered.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the customer.
VAT is applied in accordance with applicable legislation.
Any shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes or other applicable charges are indicated before final confirmation of the order whenever they can be determined in advance.
4. Orders
An order becomes final once payment has been successfully authorised.
ALPHA-LEONIS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, incorrect information, payment failure or any other legitimate reason.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time the order is placed.
The available payment methods are those displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Transactions are processed through secure payment providers.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer when the order is confirmed.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination country, customs formalities, the carrier or periods of high activity.
The customer is invited to inspect the condition of the parcel upon receipt. Any visible damage or irregularity should be reported without undue delay.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Where provided for by applicable law, the customer has a right of withdrawal within the statutory period in force.
The returned watch must be:
- unworn;
- in its original condition;
- complete with all accessories;
- returned with its original presentation box;
- accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.
Any product showing signs of use may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount or a refusal of return, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
ALPHA-LEONIS International Warranty
Every ALPHA-LEONIS watch is covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from the original date of purchase.
8. Manufacturer’s Warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects in materials arising under normal conditions of use.
Where a defect is accepted under warranty, ALPHA-LEONIS may, at its discretion:
- repair the watch free of charge;
- replace the defective component;
- replace the watch where repair is not reasonably possible.
9. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover, in particular:
- shocks, impacts and falls;
- broken or scratched glass;
- scratches and cosmetic damage;
- normal wear and tear;
- damage resulting from misuse or improper use;
- water damage where the stated water-resistance limits have not been respected;
- damage caused by excessive magnetic fields;
- any unauthorised opening, modification or repair.
Leather straps are wear items. Natural ageing, discolouration or deterioration caused by normal use, moisture, perspiration or ageing is not covered by the warranty.
10. Water Resistance
The water-resistance rating of each watch is indicated in its technical specifications.
Water resistance is not permanent. Seals may gradually lose their effectiveness due to natural ageing, temperature changes, shocks or intensive use.
Damage caused by immersion or use beyond the specified water-resistance level is not covered by the warranty.
11. Movement Accuracy
A mechanical watch is a precision instrument and may naturally exhibit a daily variation in timekeeping.
Accuracy may be influenced by:
- power reserve;
- wearing habits;
- the resting position of the watch;
- temperature;
- magnetic fields;
- physical activity.
A rate variation that remains within the technical tolerances of the movement does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
12. After-Sales Service
Any warranty claim must be accompanied by:
- proof of purchase;
- the watch serial number;
- a detailed description of the issue encountered.
The customer must contact ALPHA-LEONIS after-sales service before returning any watch.
Where the defect is covered by the warranty, the repair will be carried out free of charge.
If the issue is not covered by the warranty, a quotation may be provided before any work is undertaken.
Shipping costs to the after-sales service remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in advance by ALPHA-LEONIS or required by applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ALPHA-LEONIS shall not be liable for indirect damages, financial losses, loss of profit, business interruption or any other consequential loss resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the product.
In any event, ALPHA-LEONIS’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the product concerned, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
14. Intellectual Property
The ALPHA-LEONIS trademark, logo, designs, photographs, texts and all website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, representation, modification or commercial use, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of ALPHA-LEONIS.
15. Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected is used exclusively for:
- order processing;
- customer relations;
- after-sales service;
- applicable legal obligations.
It is processed in accordance with applicable Swiss law and any applicable data-protection regulations.
ALPHA-LEONIS undertakes not to sell its customers’ personal data to third parties.
16. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation, validity or performance shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of ALPHA-LEONIS, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
ALLGEMEINE GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN · INTERNATIONALE GARANTIE
1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für sämtliche Bestellungen, die über die offizielle Website von ALPHA-LEONIS aufgegeben werden.
Mit Aufgabe einer Bestellung bestätigt der Kunde, diese Bedingungen gelesen, verstanden und vorbehaltlos akzeptiert zu haben.
2. Produkte
ALPHA-LEONIS Uhren werden mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Qualität, Design und Verarbeitung hergestellt.
Fotos, Videos und Produktdarstellungen dienen lediglich der Veranschaulichung. Geringfügige Unterschiede in Farbe, Struktur oder Oberfläche können je nach Bildschirmeinstellung oder aufgrund natürlicher Materialeigenschaften auftreten.
ALPHA-LEONIS behält sich das Recht vor, technische Verbesserungen ohne vorherige Ankündigung vorzunehmen, sofern dadurch die wesentlichen Eigenschaften des bestellten Produkts nicht wesentlich verändert werden.
3. Preise
Die Preise werden in der vom Kunden gewählten Währung angezeigt.
Die Mehrwertsteuer wird gemäß den geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen berechnet.
Versandkosten, Zollabgaben, Einfuhrsteuern oder sonstige anfallende Gebühren werden vor der endgültigen Bestätigung der Bestellung angegeben, soweit sie im Voraus bestimmt werden können.
4. Bestellung
Die Bestellung wird verbindlich, sobald die Zahlung erfolgreich bestätigt wurde.
ALPHA-LEONIS behält sich das Recht vor, Bestellungen bei Betrugsverdacht, falschen Angaben, fehlgeschlagener Zahlung oder aus einem anderen berechtigten Grund abzulehnen oder zu stornieren.
5. Zahlung
Die Zahlung ist bei Aufgabe der Bestellung fällig.
Die verfügbaren Zahlungsmethoden werden auf der Website zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs angezeigt. Die Transaktionen werden über sichere Zahlungsdienstleister abgewickelt.
6. Lieferung
Die Lieferung erfolgt an die vom Kunden bei der Bestellung angegebene Adresse.
Lieferzeiten sind Richtwerte und können je nach Zielland, Zollformalitäten, Transportdienstleister oder hoher Auslastung variieren.
Der Kunde wird gebeten, den Zustand des Pakets bei Erhalt zu überprüfen und sichtbare Schäden oder Unregelmäßigkeiten unverzüglich zu melden.
7. Widerrufsrecht
Soweit gesetzlich vorgesehen, steht dem Kunden ein Widerrufsrecht innerhalb der jeweils geltenden gesetzlichen Frist zu.
Die zurückgesandte Uhr muss:
- ungetragen sein;
- sich im Originalzustand befinden;
- mit sämtlichem Zubehör zurückgesandt werden;
- mit der Originalverpackung zurückgesandt werden;
- mit Rechnung oder Kaufnachweis zurückgesandt werden.
Produkte mit Gebrauchsspuren können, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, von der Rückerstattung ausgeschlossen oder nur teilweise erstattet werden.
Internationale ALPHA-LEONIS Garantie
Jede ALPHA-LEONIS Uhr verfügt über eine 2-jährige Herstellergarantie ab dem ursprünglichen Kaufdatum.
8. Herstellergarantie
Die Garantie deckt Herstellungs- und Materialfehler ab, die bei normalem Gebrauch auftreten.
Wird ein Mangel als Garantiefall anerkannt, kann ALPHA-LEONIS nach eigenem Ermessen:
- die Uhr kostenlos reparieren;
- das defekte Bauteil ersetzen;
- die Uhr ersetzen, wenn eine Reparatur nicht zumutbar oder nicht möglich ist.
9. Garantieausschlüsse
Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind insbesondere:
- Stöße, Schläge und Stürze;
- Glasbruch oder Kratzer am Glas;
- Kratzer und kosmetische Schäden;
- normaler Verschleiß;
- Schäden durch unsachgemäße Verwendung;
- Wasserschäden bei Nichtbeachtung der angegebenen Wasserdichtigkeit;
- Schäden durch starke Magnetfelder;
- nicht autorisierte Öffnungen, Veränderungen oder Reparaturen.
Lederarmbänder sind Verschleißteile. Natürliche Alterung, Verfärbung oder Schäden durch normale Nutzung, Feuchtigkeit, Schweiß oder Alterung sind nicht von der Garantie umfasst.
10. Wasserdichtigkeit
Die Wasserdichtigkeit der jeweiligen Uhr ist in den technischen Spezifikationen angegeben.
Wasserdichtigkeit ist keine dauerhafte Eigenschaft. Dichtungen können durch natürliche Alterung, Temperaturschwankungen, Stöße oder intensive Nutzung ihre Wirksamkeit verlieren.
Schäden durch Eintauchen oder Verwendung außerhalb der angegebenen Wasserdichtigkeit sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.
11. Ganggenauigkeit
Eine mechanische Uhr ist ein Präzisionsinstrument und kann naturgemäß tägliche Gangabweichungen aufweisen.
Die Ganggenauigkeit kann unter anderem beeinflusst werden durch:
- Gangreserve;
- Tragegewohnheiten;
- Ablageposition;
- Temperatur;
- Magnetfelder;
- körperliche Aktivität.
Abweichungen innerhalb der technischen Toleranzen des Uhrwerks stellen keinen Herstellungsfehler dar.
12. Kundendienst
Garantieanfragen müssen enthalten:
- einen Kaufnachweis;
- die Seriennummer der Uhr;
- eine genaue Beschreibung des Problems.
Der Kunde muss vor jeder Rücksendung den ALPHA-LEONIS Kundendienst kontaktieren.
Liegt ein Garantiefall vor, wird die Reparatur kostenlos durchgeführt.
Ist der Schaden nicht von der Garantie gedeckt, kann vor der Reparatur ein Kostenvoranschlag erstellt werden.
Die Versandkosten zum Kundendienst trägt grundsätzlich der Kunde, sofern nicht anders vereinbart oder gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.
13. Haftungsbeschränkung
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet ALPHA-LEONIS nicht für indirekte Schäden, finanzielle Verluste, entgangenen Gewinn, Betriebsunterbrechungen oder sonstige Folgeschäden.
Die Haftung von ALPHA-LEONIS ist in jedem Fall auf den vom Kunden tatsächlich bezahlten Kaufpreis des betroffenen Produkts begrenzt, soweit zwingendes Recht nichts anderes vorsieht.
14. Geistiges Eigentum
Die Marke ALPHA-LEONIS, das Logo, Designs, Fotografien, Texte und sämtliche Inhalte der Website sind durch die geltenden Gesetze zum Schutz geistigen Eigentums geschützt.
Jegliche Vervielfältigung, Verbreitung, Darstellung, Änderung oder kommerzielle Nutzung, ganz oder teilweise, ist ohne vorherige schriftliche Genehmigung von ALPHA-LEONIS untersagt.
15. Datenschutz
Personenbezogene Daten werden ausschließlich verwendet für:
- Bestellabwicklung;
- Kundenbetreuung;
- Kundendienst;
- gesetzliche Verpflichtungen.
Die Verarbeitung erfolgt gemäß dem anwendbaren schweizerischen Recht sowie den jeweils geltenden Datenschutzbestimmungen.
ALPHA-LEONIS verpflichtet sich, personenbezogene Daten seiner Kunden nicht an Dritte zu verkaufen.
16. Anwendbares Recht
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen unterliegen schweizerischem Recht.
Für Streitigkeiten über Auslegung, Gültigkeit oder Durchführung dieser Bedingungen sind die Gerichte am Sitz von ALPHA-LEONIS zuständig, vorbehaltlich zwingender Verbraucherschutzbestimmungen im Wohnsitzland des Kunden.

1. Ambito di applicazione
Le presenti Condizioni Generali di Vendita si applicano a tutti gli ordini effettuati tramite il sito ufficiale ALPHA-LEONIS.
Effettuando un ordine, il cliente dichiara di aver letto, compreso e accettato integralmente le presenti condizioni.
2. Prodotti
Gli orologi ALPHA-LEONIS sono realizzati con particolare attenzione alla qualità, al design e alle finiture.
Fotografie, video e rappresentazioni dei prodotti sono forniti a titolo illustrativo. Possono verificarsi leggere differenze di colore, texture o finitura in base alle impostazioni dello schermo o alle caratteristiche naturali dei materiali utilizzati.
ALPHA-LEONIS si riserva il diritto di apportare miglioramenti tecnici ai propri prodotti senza preavviso, purché tali modifiche non alterino sostanzialmente le caratteristiche essenziali del prodotto ordinato.
3. Prezzi
I prezzi sono indicati nella valuta selezionata dal cliente.
L’IVA viene applicata conformemente alla legislazione vigente.
Eventuali spese di spedizione, dazi doganali, imposte di importazione o altri costi applicabili sono indicati prima della conferma finale dell’ordine, quando possono essere determinati in anticipo.
4. Ordini
L’ordine diventa definitivo una volta autorizzato il pagamento.
ALPHA-LEONIS si riserva il diritto di rifiutare o annullare un ordine in caso di sospetta frode, informazioni errate, mancato pagamento o altro motivo legittimo.
5. Pagamento
Il pagamento è dovuto al momento dell’ordine.
I metodi di pagamento disponibili sono quelli indicati sul sito al momento dell’acquisto. Le transazioni sono gestite tramite fornitori di pagamento sicuri.
6. Consegna
Gli ordini vengono spediti all’indirizzo indicato dal cliente al momento della conferma dell’ordine.
I tempi di consegna sono indicativi e possono variare in base al paese di destinazione, alle formalità doganali, al trasportatore o a periodi di elevata attività.
Il cliente è invitato a verificare lo stato del pacco alla consegna. Eventuali danni visibili o anomalie devono essere segnalati senza indebito ritardo.
7. Diritto di recesso
Quando previsto dalla normativa applicabile, il cliente dispone del diritto di recesso entro il termine legale in vigore.
L’orologio restituito deve essere:
- non indossato;
- nelle condizioni originali;
- completo di tutti gli accessori;
- restituito con la confezione originale;
- accompagnato dalla fattura o dalla prova d’acquisto.
I prodotti che presentano segni di utilizzo possono essere soggetti a una riduzione del rimborso o al rifiuto del reso, nei limiti consentiti dalla legge.
8. Garanzia del produttore
La garanzia copre i difetti di fabbricazione e dei materiali che si manifestano durante un normale utilizzo dell’orologio.
Qualora un difetto venga riconosciuto in garanzia, ALPHA-LEONIS potrà, a propria discrezione:
- riparare gratuitamente l’orologio;
- sostituire il componente difettoso;
- sostituire l’orologio qualora la riparazione non sia ragionevolmente possibile.
9. Esclusioni dalla garanzia
La garanzia non copre in particolare:
- urti, impatti e cadute;
- rottura o graffi del vetro;
- graffi e danni estetici;
- normale usura;
- danni derivanti da uso improprio;
- danni causati dall’acqua in caso di mancato rispetto dei limiti di impermeabilità;
- danni causati da campi magnetici eccessivi;
- qualsiasi apertura, modifica o riparazione non autorizzata.
I cinturini in pelle sono elementi soggetti a usura. Il naturale invecchiamento, lo scolorimento o il deterioramento dovuti al normale utilizzo, all’umidità, al sudore o all’invecchiamento non sono coperti dalla garanzia.
10. Impermeabilità
Il livello di impermeabilità di ciascun orologio è indicato nelle relative specifiche tecniche.
L’impermeabilità non è permanente. Le guarnizioni possono perdere progressivamente efficacia a causa del naturale invecchiamento, delle variazioni di temperatura, degli urti o di un utilizzo intensivo.
I danni causati da immersioni o da un utilizzo oltre il livello di impermeabilità indicato non sono coperti dalla garanzia.
11. Precisione del movimento
Un orologio meccanico è uno strumento di precisione e può presentare naturalmente variazioni giornaliere di marcia.
La precisione può essere influenzata da:
- riserva di carica;
- abitudini di utilizzo;
- posizione di riposo;
- temperatura;
- campi magnetici;
- attività fisica.
Una variazione compresa nelle tolleranze tecniche del movimento non costituisce un difetto di fabbricazione.
12. Servizio post-vendita
Ogni richiesta di garanzia deve essere accompagnata da:
- prova d’acquisto;
- numero di serie dell’orologio;
- descrizione dettagliata del problema.
Il cliente deve contattare il servizio post-vendita ALPHA-LEONIS prima di qualsiasi restituzione.
Se il problema è coperto dalla garanzia, la riparazione verrà effettuata gratuitamente.
Se il problema non è coperto dalla garanzia, potrà essere fornito un preventivo prima di qualsiasi intervento.
Le spese di spedizione verso il servizio post-vendita restano a carico del cliente, salvo accordo preventivo di ALPHA-LEONIS o diversa disposizione di legge.
13. Limitazione di responsabilità
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge applicabile, ALPHA-LEONIS non potrà essere ritenuta responsabile per danni indiretti, perdite finanziarie, mancati guadagni, interruzioni dell’attività o altri danni consequenziali derivanti dall’utilizzo o dall’impossibilità di utilizzare il prodotto.
In ogni caso, la responsabilità di ALPHA-LEONIS è limitata all’importo effettivamente pagato dal cliente per il prodotto interessato, salvo disposizioni imperative di legge contrarie.
14. Proprietà intellettuale
Il marchio ALPHA-LEONIS, il logo, i design, le fotografie, i testi e tutti i contenuti del sito sono protetti dalle leggi applicabili in materia di proprietà intellettuale.
Qualsiasi riproduzione, distribuzione, rappresentazione, modifica o utilizzo commerciale, totale o parziale, è vietato senza la preventiva autorizzazione scritta di ALPHA-LEONIS.
15. Protezione dei dati personali
I dati personali raccolti vengono utilizzati esclusivamente per:
- gestione degli ordini;
- rapporti con i clienti;
- servizio post-vendita;
- obblighi legali applicabili.
I dati vengono trattati conformemente alla legislazione svizzera applicabile e alle normative vigenti in materia di protezione dei dati.
ALPHA-LEONIS si impegna a non vendere i dati personali dei propri clienti a terzi.
16. Legge applicabile
Le presenti Condizioni Generali di Vendita sono disciplinate dal diritto svizzero.
Qualsiasi controversia relativa all’interpretazione, alla validità o all’esecuzione delle presenti condizioni sarà di competenza dei tribunali della sede di ALPHA-LEONIS, fatti salvi gli eventuali diritti inderogabili dei consumatori applicabili nel paese di residenza del cliente.
