Les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales de Vente s’appliquent \u00e0 toute commande pass\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s d’ALPHA-LEONIS via son site internet officiel.<\/p>\n

En validant sa commande, le client reconna\u00eet avoir pris connaissance des pr\u00e9sentes Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales de Vente et les accepter sans r\u00e9serve.<\/p>\n\n

2. Produits<\/h2>\n

Les montres ALPHA-LEONIS sont fabriqu\u00e9es avec une attention particuli\u00e8re port\u00e9e \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9, au design et aux finitions.<\/p>\n

Les photographies, vid\u00e9os et repr\u00e9sentations des produits sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es \u00e0 titre illustratif. De l\u00e9g\u00e8res diff\u00e9rences de couleur, de texture ou de finition peuvent appara\u00eetre selon les \u00e9crans ou les caract\u00e9ristiques naturelles des mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

  • accompagn\u00e9e de la facture ou de la preuve d’achat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Tout produit pr\u00e9sentant des traces d’utilisation pourra faire l’objet d’un refus de remboursement ou d’une d\u00e9cote conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation applicable.<\/p>\n\n

    8. Garantie constructeur<\/h2>\n

    La garantie couvre exclusivement les d\u00e9fauts de fabrication ainsi que les d\u00e9fauts de mat\u00e9riaux apparaissant dans le cadre d’une utilisation normale de la montre.<\/p>\n

    Lorsqu’un d\u00e9faut est reconnu au titre de la garantie, ALPHA-LEONIS pourra, \u00e0 sa seule appr\u00e9ciation :<\/p>\n\n

    • remplacer le composant d\u00e9fectueux ;<\/li>\n \t

      9. Exclusions de garantie<\/h2>\n

      La garantie ne couvre notamment pas :<\/p>\n\n

      • les chocs, impacts et chutes ;<\/li>\n \t
      • la casse ou les rayures du verre ;<\/li>\n \t
      • les rayures et dommages esth\u00e9tiques ;<\/li>\n \t
      • l’usure normale ;<\/li>\n \t
      • les dommages r\u00e9sultant d’une mauvaise utilisation ;<\/li>\n \t
      • les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts dus \u00e0 l’eau lorsque les limites d’\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 ne sont pas respect\u00e9es ;<\/li>\n \t
      • les dommages caus\u00e9s par les champs magn\u00e9tiques ;<\/li>\n \t
      • toute ouverture, modification ou r\u00e9paration effectu\u00e9e par un atelier non agr\u00e9\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Les bracelets en cuir constituent des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d’usure. Leur vieillissement naturel, leur d\u00e9coloration ou leur d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration li\u00e9e \u00e0 une utilisation normale ne sont pas couverts par la garantie.<\/p>\n\n

        10. \u00c9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9<\/h2>\n

        Le niveau d’\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de chaque montre est indiqu\u00e9 dans ses caract\u00e9ristiques techniques.<\/p>\n

        L’\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 n’est pas une caract\u00e9ristique permanente. Les joints peuvent perdre progressivement leur efficacit\u00e9 en raison du vieillissement naturel, des variations de temp\u00e9rature, des chocs ou d’une utilisation intensive.<\/p>\n

        Les dommages caus\u00e9s par une immersion ou une utilisation d\u00e9passant le niveau d’\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 ne sont pas couverts par la garantie.<\/p>\n\n

        11. Pr\u00e9cision du mouvement<\/h2>\n

        Une montre m\u00e9canique est un instrument de pr\u00e9cision susceptible de pr\u00e9senter une variation quotidienne de marche.<\/p>\n

        La pr\u00e9cision peut notamment \u00eatre influenc\u00e9e par :<\/p>\n\n

        • le niveau de remontage ;<\/li>\n \t
        • les habitudes de port ;<\/li>\n \t
        • la position de repos de la montre ;<\/li>\n \t
        • la temp\u00e9rature ;<\/li>\n \t

        • l’activit\u00e9 physique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Une variation de marche restant dans les tol\u00e9rances techniques du mouvement ne constitue pas un d\u00e9faut de fabrication.<\/p>\n\n

          12. Service apr\u00e8s-vente<\/h2>\n

          Toute demande de garantie doit \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9e :<\/p>\n\n

            Le client devra contacter le service apr\u00e8s-vente ALPHA-LEONIS avant tout retour.<\/p>\n

            Lorsque le d\u00e9faut est couvert par la garantie, la r\u00e9paration est effectu\u00e9e gratuitement.<\/p>\n

            Si le probl\u00e8me ne rel\u00e8ve pas de la garantie, un devis pourra \u00eatre communiqu\u00e9 avant toute intervention.<\/p>\n

            Les frais d’exp\u00e9dition vers le service apr\u00e8s-vente restent \u00e0 la charge du client, sauf disposition contraire ou accord pr\u00e9alable d’ALPHA-LEONIS.<\/p>\n\n

            13. Limitation de responsabilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n

            Dans les limites autoris\u00e9es par la l\u00e9gislation applicable, ALPHA-LEONIS ne pourra \u00eatre tenue responsable des dommages indirects, pertes financi\u00e8res, pertes de b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, pertes d’exploitation ou tout autre dommage cons\u00e9cutif r\u00e9sultant de l’utilisation ou de l’impossibilit\u00e9 d’utiliser le produit.<\/p>\n

            La responsabilit\u00e9 d’ALPHA-LEONIS est en tout \u00e9tat de cause limit\u00e9e au montant effectivement pay\u00e9 par le client pour le produit concern\u00e9, sauf disposition l\u00e9gale imp\u00e9rative contraire.<\/p>\n\n

            14. Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle<\/h2>\n

            La marque ALPHA-LEONIS, son logo, ses cr\u00e9ations, ses photographies, ses textes ainsi que l’ensemble des contenus du site sont prot\u00e9g\u00e9s par les lois relatives \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle.<\/p>\n

            Toute reproduction, diffusion, repr\u00e9sentation, modification ou utilisation commerciale, totale ou partielle, est strictement interdite sans l’autorisation \u00e9crite pr\u00e9alable d’ALPHA-LEONIS.<\/p>\n\n

            15. Protection des donn\u00e9es personnelles<\/h2>\n

              1. Scope<\/h2>

              These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed with ALPHA-LEONIS through its official website.<\/p>

              By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.<\/p>

              2. Products<\/h2>

              ALPHA-LEONIS watches are manufactured with particular attention to quality, design and finishing.<\/p>

              Photographs, videos and product representations are provided for illustrative purposes. Slight differences in colour, texture or finish may occur depending on display settings or the natural characteristics of the materials used.<\/p>

              ALPHA-LEONIS reserves the right to make technical improvements to its products without prior notice, provided that such improvements do not materially alter the essential characteristics of the product ordered.<\/p>

              3. Prices<\/h2>

              Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the customer.<\/p>

              VAT is applied in accordance with applicable legislation.<\/p>

              Any shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes or other applicable charges are indicated before final confirmation of the order whenever they can be determined in advance.<\/p>

              4. Orders<\/h2>

              An order becomes final once payment has been successfully authorised.<\/p>

              ALPHA-LEONIS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, incorrect information, payment failure or any other legitimate reason.<\/p>

                ALPHA-LEONIS International Warranty<\/strong><\/p>

                Every ALPHA-LEONIS watch is covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty<\/strong> from the original date of purchase.<\/p><\/div>

                8. Manufacturer’s Warranty<\/h2>

                The warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects in materials arising under normal conditions of use.<\/p>

                Where a defect is accepted under warranty, ALPHA-LEONIS may, at its discretion:<\/p>

                • repair the watch free of charge;<\/li>
                • replace the defective component;<\/li>
                • replace the watch where repair is not reasonably possible.<\/li><\/ul>

                  9. Warranty Exclusions<\/h2>

                  The warranty does not cover, in particular:<\/p>

                  • shocks, impacts and falls;<\/li>
                  • broken or scratched glass;<\/li>
                  • scratches and cosmetic damage;<\/li>
                  • normal wear and tear;<\/li>
                  • damage resulting from misuse or improper use;<\/li>
                  • water damage where the stated water-resistance limits have not been respected;<\/li>
                  • damage caused by excessive magnetic fields;<\/li>
                  • any unauthorised opening, modification or repair.<\/li><\/ul>

                    Leather straps are wear items. Natural ageing, discolouration or deterioration caused by normal use, moisture, perspiration or ageing is not covered by the warranty.<\/p>

                    10. Water Resistance<\/h2>

                    The water-resistance rating of each watch is indicated in its technical specifications.<\/p>

                    Water resistance is not permanent. Seals may gradually lose their effectiveness due to natural ageing, temperature changes, shocks or intensive use.<\/p>

                    Damage caused by immersion or use beyond the specified water-resistance level is not covered by the warranty.<\/p>

                    11. Movement Accuracy<\/h2>

                    A mechanical watch is a precision instrument and may naturally exhibit a daily variation in timekeeping.<\/p>

                    Accuracy may be influenced by:<\/p>

                    • power reserve;<\/li>
                    • wearing habits;<\/li>
                    • the resting position of the watch;<\/li>
                    • temperature;<\/li>
                    • magnetic fields;<\/li>
                    • physical activity.<\/li><\/ul>

                      A rate variation that remains within the technical tolerances of the movement does not constitute a manufacturing defect.<\/p>

                      12. After-Sales Service<\/h2>

                      Any warranty claim must be accompanied by:<\/p>

                      • proof of purchase;<\/li>
                      • the watch serial number;<\/li>
                      • a detailed description of the issue encountered.<\/li><\/ul>

                        The customer must contact ALPHA-LEONIS after-sales service before returning any watch.<\/p>

                        Where the defect is covered by the warranty, the repair will be carried out free of charge.<\/p>

                        If the issue is not covered by the warranty, a quotation may be provided before any work is undertaken.<\/p>

                        Shipping costs to the after-sales service remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in advance by ALPHA-LEONIS or required by applicable law.<\/p>

                        13. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>

                        To the extent permitted by applicable law, ALPHA-LEONIS shall not be liable for indirect damages, financial losses, loss of profit, business interruption or any other consequential loss resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the product.<\/p>

                        In any event, ALPHA-LEONIS’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the product concerned, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.<\/p>

                        14. Intellectual Property<\/h2>

                        The ALPHA-LEONIS trademark, logo, designs, photographs, texts and all website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.<\/p>

                        Any reproduction, distribution, representation, modification or commercial use, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of ALPHA-LEONIS.<\/p>

                        15. Personal Data Protection<\/h2>

                        Personal data collected is used exclusively for:<\/p>

                        • after-sales service;<\/li>

                          • mit der Originalverpackung zur\u00fcckgesandt werden;<\/li>
                          • mit Rechnung oder Kaufnachweis zur\u00fcckgesandt werden.<\/li><\/ul>

                            Jede ALPHA-LEONIS Uhr verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine 2-j\u00e4hrige Herstellergarantie<\/strong> ab dem urspr\u00fcnglichen Kaufdatum.<\/p><\/div>

                            8. Herstellergarantie<\/h2>

                            Die Garantie deckt Herstellungs- und Materialfehler ab, die bei normalem Gebrauch auftreten.<\/p>

                            Wird ein Mangel als Garantiefall anerkannt, kann ALPHA-LEONIS nach eigenem Ermessen:<\/p>

                            • die Uhr kostenlos reparieren;<\/li>
                            • das defekte Bauteil ersetzen;<\/li>
                            • die Uhr ersetzen, wenn eine Reparatur nicht zumutbar oder nicht m\u00f6glich ist.<\/li><\/ul>

                              9. Garantieausschl\u00fcsse<\/h2>

                              Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind insbesondere:<\/p>

                              • St\u00f6\u00dfe, Schl\u00e4ge und St\u00fcrze;<\/li>
                              • Glasbruch oder Kratzer am Glas;<\/li>
                              • Kratzer und kosmetische Sch\u00e4den;<\/li>
                              • normaler Verschlei\u00df;<\/li>
                              • Sch\u00e4den durch unsachgem\u00e4\u00dfe Verwendung;<\/li>
                              • Wassersch\u00e4den bei Nichtbeachtung der angegebenen Wasserdichtigkeit;<\/li>
                              • Sch\u00e4den durch starke Magnetfelder;<\/li>
                              • nicht autorisierte \u00d6ffnungen, Ver\u00e4nderungen oder Reparaturen.<\/li><\/ul>

                                Lederarmb\u00e4nder sind Verschlei\u00dfteile. Nat\u00fcrliche Alterung, Verf\u00e4rbung oder Sch\u00e4den durch normale Nutzung, Feuchtigkeit, Schwei\u00df oder Alterung sind nicht von der Garantie umfasst.<\/p>

                                10. Wasserdichtigkeit<\/h2>

                                Die Wasserdichtigkeit der jeweiligen Uhr ist in den technischen Spezifikationen angegeben.<\/p>

                                Wasserdichtigkeit ist keine dauerhafte Eigenschaft. Dichtungen k\u00f6nnen durch nat\u00fcrliche Alterung, Temperaturschwankungen, St\u00f6\u00dfe oder intensive Nutzung ihre Wirksamkeit verlieren.<\/p>

                                Sch\u00e4den durch Eintauchen oder Verwendung au\u00dferhalb der angegebenen Wasserdichtigkeit sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.<\/p>

                                11. Ganggenauigkeit<\/h2>

                                Eine mechanische Uhr ist ein Pr\u00e4zisionsinstrument und kann naturgem\u00e4\u00df t\u00e4gliche Gangabweichungen aufweisen.<\/p>

                                Die Ganggenauigkeit kann unter anderem beeinflusst werden durch:<\/p>

                                • Gangreserve;<\/li>
                                • Tragegewohnheiten;<\/li>
                                • Ablageposition;<\/li>
                                • Temperatur;<\/li>
                                • Magnetfelder;<\/li>

                                  Abweichungen innerhalb der technischen Toleranzen des Uhrwerks stellen keinen Herstellungsfehler dar.<\/p>

                                    Liegt ein Garantiefall vor, wird die Reparatur kostenlos durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>

                                    Ist der Schaden nicht von der Garantie gedeckt, kann vor der Reparatur ein Kostenvoranschlag erstellt werden.<\/p>

                                    Die Versandkosten zum Kundendienst tr\u00e4gt grunds\u00e4tzlich der Kunde, sofern nicht anders vereinbart oder gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.<\/p>

                                        La garanzia copre i difetti di fabbricazione e dei materiali che si manifestano durante un normale utilizzo dell’orologio.<\/p>\n

                                        Qualora un difetto venga riconosciuto in garanzia, ALPHA-LEONIS potr\u00e0, a propria discrezione:<\/p>\n\n

                                            I cinturini in pelle sono elementi soggetti a usura. Il naturale invecchiamento, lo scolorimento o il deterioramento dovuti al normale utilizzo, all’umidit\u00e0, al sudore o all’invecchiamento non sono coperti dalla garanzia.<\/p>\n\n

                                            10. Impermeabilit\u00e0<\/h2>\n

                                            Il livello di impermeabilit\u00e0 di ciascun orologio \u00e8 indicato nelle relative specifiche tecniche.<\/p>\n

                                            L’impermeabilit\u00e0 non \u00e8 permanente. Le guarnizioni possono perdere progressivamente efficacia a causa del naturale invecchiamento, delle variazioni di temperatura, degli urti o di un utilizzo intensivo.<\/p>\n

                                            I danni causati da immersioni o da un utilizzo oltre il livello di impermeabilit\u00e0 indicato non sono coperti dalla garanzia.<\/p>\n\n

                                            11. Precisione del movimento<\/h2>\n

                                            Un orologio meccanico \u00e8 uno strumento di precisione e pu\u00f2 presentare naturalmente variazioni giornaliere di marcia.<\/p>\n

                                            La precisione pu\u00f2 essere influenzata da:<\/p>\n\n
